A classic negroni with the added touch of Rosehip Vinegar to marry the sweet vermouth and Campari perfectly. Experiment with the amount of vinegar and bitters to your own taste.
25ml sweet vermouth
5-10ml Rosehip Vinegar (to taste)
3-4 drops of orange bitters (to taste)
Add all ingredients to a shaker or jug filled with ice. Stir until chilled.
With a strainer, pour into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
Garnish with an orange peel twist.
